Express orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) received before 12:00 PM (PST) will process the same day PROVIDED THE CUSTOMER CONTACTS THE SALES DEPARTMENT, PRIOR TO CHECKOUT, TO VERIFY THE PRODUCTS NEEDED ARE IN STOCK AND CAN SHIP. Express orders received after 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Artec Industries or other parties only as an ESTIMATE. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

***Please DO NOT take apart your vehicle until you have received all your parts as we CANNOT guarantee the exact delivery date. Artec Industries will not be held liable for costs or delays associated with premature dis-assembly of a vehicle.***

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Any cancellations post shipment will result in an additional shipping charge.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For a multiple product order, we automatically ship all items in the order together, when all components are available. Orders with products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped when all the products become available, unless otherwise arranged prior to checkout. You may contact us if you wish a partial shipment to be sent. Partial shipments may be subject to additional shipping charges. Keep in mind that as the number of products in the order increases, the packing/processing times will likely increase, possibly delaying shipping times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & FEES

All international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and additional import fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer/receiver and are not covered by Artec Industries. If a shipment is refused, returned, or otherwise sent back to Artec Industries due to non-payment of customs, duties, taxes, or import fees, the order will be processed as a standard return. Applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
