Artec Industries Jeep Giveaway Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island and Minnesota, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator and/or any affiliated entities, and their immediate family members are prohibited from entering. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor

The sweepstakes is sponsored by Artec Industries LLC, 585 N. 700 W, Suite C, North Salt Lake, UT 84054, United States ("Sponsor").

Administrator

This sweepstakes is administered by GOAT Giveaways Inc., 1904 S Price Farm Ct Midway, UT 84049 United States ("Administrator").

Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in this sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions thereof as established by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to qualify all submissions and to reject any submissions that do not meet the requirements for participation as established by Sponsor.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 5/25/2026 at 12:00am PT and ends on 07/19/2026 at 11:59pm PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

There are three ways to enter:

1. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals will receive entries by purchasing eligible products on https://artecindustries.com/. Transactions with declined credit or debit cards, as well as returned purchases, are not eligible for entry.
2. You may provide your e-mail address and double opt-in to the Revamped Customs newsletter. E-mail addresses that did not double opt-in do not qualify.
3. You may also enter without making a purchase by following the daily online entry process at the https://artecindustries.com/ website.

All entries must be received by 07/19/2026 at 11:59pm. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Entries are limited to five hundred thousand (500,000) per person. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter in violation of the entry limits will be ineligible. Incomplete or illegible entries are invalid. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal internet access and device usage charges imposed by your ISP may apply.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or postal system failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; or any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award prizes from entries received up to the time of termination or suspension should causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt, compromise or materially affect the administration, fairness, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, from downloading data or otherwise participating in this Sweepstakes.

AMOE Entry Process

To enter via AMOE ("Alternate Method of Entry"), hand-print your full legal name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 07/19/2026 and received by 07/25/2026 to be eligible. Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Multiple entries submitted in a single envelope will be void. Entries must be hand-written. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries will be void. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries. Entries submitted via AMOE will have the same odds of winning as entries submitted through any other method.

Selection of Winners

On or about 07/25/2026, a total of 10 potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. From these 10 there will be a final random drawing on 07/25/2026 that can be seen or announced via website or social media. The odds of winning are not calculable in advance and depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification of Potential Prize Winners

The Winner will be notified via call, email, or FaceTime. If any Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of the Prize within ten (10) business days after being notified, another Winner may be chosen using the same procedure specified above.

Requirements of Winners

Sponsor may require all Winners to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, wherever lawful, as a precondition to award of any Prize. If any Winner fails to sign and return the requested documents, that Winner may be disqualified and the Prize awarded to an alternate Winner.

Prize

The grand prize winner will receive a 2024 4XE Rubicon (the "Prize"). The estimated retail value of the Prize is $50,000. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor's sole discretion. If the winner would like to exchange the prize for cash, the cash value is $17,000. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a particular Prize for one of comparable or greater value. No individual may win more than one Prize.

All Winners are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees. Each Winner must take possession of the Prize by 08/19/2026. The Winner will be provided with an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the Prize in accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations.

NON-MONETARY PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT CONDITION, WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) BEYOND THE CUSTOMARY REPRESENTATIONS PROVIDED WHEN THE PRIZE IS SOLD AT RETAIL.

Additional Terms for Travel

All travel arrangements must be coordinated through the Sponsor and are subject to availability. Winners bear responsibility for travel to and from the departure airport and for any personal expenses incurred. All expenses not specifically provided for herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation, are the Winner's sole responsibility. Winner and his or her travel companions must have valid travel documents (e.g., government issued identification) prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of all or some aspects of the Prize. Sponsor and Administrator are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent the Winner from traveling.

Privacy

By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree that any personal information they provide will be maintained in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://artecindustries.com/.

Release and Publicity

ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING OF THE OFFER OR ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PRIZE. BY RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE AND BY SIGNING AN AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE, IF REQUESTED, EACH WINNER CONSENTS TO THE USE OF HIS OR HER NAME AND ADDRESS BY SPONSOR FOR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES, WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED. NO ENTRIES WILL BE RETURNED. ALL ENTRIES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR.

Disputes

EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, PURSUANT TO ARBITRATION CONDUCTED UNDER THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION, TO TAKE PLACE IN DENVER, COLORADO; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF UTAH.
