    At Artec Industries, we are dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional service. Please read the information below carefully before requesting a return.


    Return Authorization Required

    All returns must be authorized in advance.

    Call us @ 855-278-3299 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Returns without an RMA number will be rejected and returned at the sender’s expense.


    General Return Policy

    • Returns & Exchanges are Only applicable to Direct Retail Consumers  All Jobber sales are Final.                
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 Days from the time the order was placed or within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • All Sales are Final on Items Purchased during Promotional Sales or Events.
    • Sales are Final on All Powder Coated products.
    • Consumer will be Responsible for Shipping Arrangements and Expenses associated with the Freight of products for returned or exchange items
    • Products must be unused, unmodified, and returned in resalable condition with all original packaging.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
    • Returns may be subject to a 20% or higher restocking fee based on item condition.
    • Poor packaging may result in rejection of your return.

    Incorrect or Mis-Ordered Items

    • Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
    • No exchanges or corrections will be made 7 days after the delivery date.
    • Artec Industries is not responsible for the installation of incorrect parts.

    If incorrect parts are shipped:

    • We will provide a prepaid return label.
    • Correct parts will be shipped once the original items are returned.
    • If urgent, you may re-order the correct parts. A refund will be issued once the original parts are returned.

    Replacements are shipped via the original shipping method. Express shipping is available at your expense.


    Damaged Shipments & Missing Items

    If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

    • Keep all original packaging (including boxes, packing materials, and packing slips).
    • Report on the issue immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
    • Replacements are sent using the original shipping method. Express shipping is available at your expense.

    Important Note

    All returns require an RMA number.
    Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their cost.
